List view
Select the first three conversations, mark them read, or move them to Archive, Spam, or Trash. Every action changes only the copy stored in office-inbox.

Move email cards from the fixed Inbox column into your own columns, track column SLAs, configure checklist tasks and automations, or add another column.
Filters
Create a named filter on its own page, add multiple OR criteria, then open an active filter from the cog beside its name in the Inbox header.
Both views
Switch from the list to the Chat view, open the Warehouse move conversation, jump from a reply reference to the message it answers, then send a reply.

Read a request from someone outside your contacts, accept it and watch it move to Messages, or block a group request through its confirmation.

Five messages under one subject. Expand them, add a criterion to a chosen filter, load the blocked remote image, then reply inline.

One downloaded message with no thread around it. Open its actions and review the local-only reading and organization controls.

Add and remove recipients, reveal Cc and Bcc, attach a file, then try to send with the recipient list emptied.

Type to preview possible message matches, search either mode, refine with Search options, or save current criteria as a named filter.
Account setup
Test the generic POP3 and SMTP settings with incoming port 110, correct it to TLS on port 995, then save.
